Mr. Avilés is a proven Leader and Entrepreneur with over 20+ years of experience in technology providing support to enterprises in financial, retail and insurance industries among others. At EMITEK SOLUTIONS LIMITED, as Managing Director, he is responsible for building a brand and stable profitable business, while on the Corporate side of the business is the Information Technology responsible for Executive Strategic Consulting, Product and Manufacture negotiation, Implementation, and Support, focus on Digital Transformation thru the Customer Experience to study and select new technologies to be delivered and implemented on every Customer across the CALA Region. As part of the Corporate IT, responsibilities works on the re-engineering of the Implementation and Support Department for the Subs to assure Best Practices and to increase ROI on the Professional Services delivered using the success of the Caribbean Subsidiary as an example as well as on providing Coaching to the Team in different areas. An expert on TCPA Compliance solutions when making CC Outbound calls and Contacting Cell Phones thru SMS and VMails.

Mr. Avilés has extensive experience in Enterprise Sales, a Robust Technical Background for Products Configuration, Support and Maintenance, Project Management Skills, Expertise on Customer Care and Executive Coaching.
